We occasionally have Special Offers (Off season) and late deals due to cancellations. Please check at time of booking.

We offer special rates for long term rentals.

Booking

A deposit £50.00 per person per week is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable not less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Receipts of your deposit will be acknowledged by email/post. We are sorry but we do not accept pets or children under the age of 5 years, unless by special arrangement. All apartments are for NON-smoking guests.

Refundable Bond

A refundable bond of £100.00 is required against breakages/damages to the apartment. It is due to be paid with the balance of payment 6 weeks prior to your arrival at SBC. It will be returned to you one week after your departure from SBC after a check out report. In the event of cancellation, it will be refunded in full with any time lag. A full inventory will be in the apartment on your arrival for you to check.

Insurance

We thoroughly recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation, travel delays, loss of property, and accidents
